Why Refresh?
Six reasons to refresh, not replace
Most kitchen cabinets are perfectly serviceable for decades. It's the visible surfaces — doors, worktops, handles — that date. We replace exactly those, leaving your structure intact and your budget intact too.
Unlike high-street kitchen companies locked into standard module sizes, we're not constrained by fixed dimensions. Awkward alcoves, sloped ceilings, non-standard gaps — we work with your kitchen as it actually is.
Our solid wood doors, cabinets and worktops are hand-made in Bristol, delivering the quality of a fully bespoke kitchen without the long lead times or price tag of starting from scratch. We prioritise local sourcing wherever possible, supported by carefully selected UK suppliers.
A full kitchen replacement can take weeks of disruption. A refresh is typically done in a couple of days — your kitchen is out of action for the minimum possible time.
Vinyl-wrapped doors in dozens of colours, solid timber in Oak, Ash, Cherry, Maple or Walnut, 500+ handle options — we help you find the combination that perfectly complements your home.
Reusing your existing cabinets means less waste going to landfill. We source materials locally, keeping our carbon footprint as low as possible.

"A lot of new replacement kitchens follow the same layout as the previous one — so if your cabinets can be re-used, we can give you a stunning transformed kitchen for a fraction of the cost, dust and inconvenience."
Refresh Your Kitchen — near Bath
A real example
Mr and Mrs M in Stoke Gifford originally came to us to explore what a refresh might look like. Their cabinets were 25 years old but completely structurally sound. We reused the carcase entirely and gave them a full complement of new doors, worktops and handles — custom-sized to make the most of every inch of their space.
The result was indistinguishable from a brand-new kitchen. They subsequently ordered a complete new kitchen for another room — because they'd seen what was possible.
